Qualified in 1979, he gained considerable experience in various areas of medicine both here in the UK and abroad before setting up a single-handed private general practice. In 2000 he realised his vision for healthcare and set up Westover House which provides traditional and complementary treatments and therapies, thereby optimising patient care and well-being. He was appointed Apothecary to the Royal Household in 2003.
